COOK II Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Cook II who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. WHAT YOU’LL DO Our Cook II’s are responsible for preparing and plating menu items to Four Seasons standards. This role requires proficiency in knife skills, the ability to work all stations, understand product usage and availability, and lead the kitchen in the absence of a Cook I. As a team leader, the Cook II supports daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and training, while fostering a positive, professional work environment.
