The position involves assembling equipment according to airline specifications, packaging and preparing alcoholic beverages for airline flights, and ensuring production areas comply with sanitation standards and customer requirements. The Head Cook documents inventory, follows directions, works as a team member, and supports Hot Food leadership in monitoring the team's production quality and efficiencies. Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
