Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk. Maintain a well-stocked and maintained line, follow and adhere to all recipes and SOPs, and ensure all assignments are completed each shift. You may perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency and productivity. You will work special events as needed and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
• Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
• Must be able to use a knife safely.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
