About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in cooking or quantity food preparation; or any equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Must meet the PA residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all menu items in accordance with the production sheet.
• Utilizing standardized recipes to ensure consistent quantity and quality.
• Adjusting recipes to yield required quantities and minimize waste.
• Adhering to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures in all aspects of food handling and personal hygiene.
• Assisting in coordinating work activities for other staff.
• Completing weekly cleaning tasks.
• Posting menus.
• Receiving food deliveries.
• Securing areas and doors.
• Pulling food items from storage.
