The Cook - 1 is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage department culinary team by preparing food before the cooking stage and preparing and cooking additionally menu items as directed. Duties include safe food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized work space under the direction of a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook. To perform duties of this position successfully, a Cook 1 must meet expectations in the execution of the ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
