Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant required.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience.
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work any station in the kitchen.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Michelin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Lead Cook demonstrating thorough technical skills of all station areas.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
