The Cook 1 is a member of the Food & Beverage Team and is responsible for food preparation, cooking, and serving. This position reports to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef. The Cook 1 must work and master one kitchen station, ensuring superior standards of service meet the requirements of guests and employees. The role requires proactive engagement in exceeding guest satisfaction and may involve investigating and resolving challenges from guests or employees. The Cook 1 must follow a cleaning schedule to maintain a clean and sanitary environment and is expected to be familiar with food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques.
