Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Previous line or hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of performing repetitious duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cooking skills and related cooking tasks under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow health and safety regulations in food handling.
