About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a manager in multi-family assets.
  • Strong management experience in the property management industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-rise or garden style properties.
  • Familiarity with payroll software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the physical asset and property performance.
  • Drive sales and income as a motivational leader.
  • Influence team members to reach their highest potential.
  • Manage leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and construction projects.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, vendor relations, and recruitment.
  • Develop team members and ensure exceptional service delivery.
