Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Three years of work history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Meet or exceed production standards.
• Perform housekeeping and quality audits.
• Pack and palletize goods for shipment.
• Maintain supplies to reduce downtime.
• Communicate with team members for smooth shift handoffs.
• Record production data accurately.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist coworkers and demonstrate proficiency across all machines.
