About The Position

We’re looking for a Converting Operator – Tier One to join our overnight production team in Sussex, WI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of converting equipment while ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Requirements

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced factory environment
Basic computer, math, and documentation skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required
Comfortable bending, twisting, stooping, and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands
Dependable, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused mindset
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Three years of work history preferred

Responsibilities

Operate assigned converting machines safely and efficiently
Perform physical and visual inspections to ensure product quality and reduce waste
Meet or exceed production performance standards
Conduct quality audits and accurately record quality defects
Read and interpret work instructions, templates, and production documents
Pack, label, and palletize finished goods for shipment
Maintain production supplies and materials to minimize machine downtime
Record production data accurately and promptly in the machine computer
Dispose of scrap material into appropriate film‑type gaylords
Participate actively in 5S and housekeeping activities
Calculate production numbers and assist with labeling as needed
Communicate clearly with incoming and outgoing shifts for smooth handoffs
Assist coworkers when possible and work as part of a team
Demonstrate proficiency across all converting machines
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
