Converting Operator – Tier One
📍 Location: Sussex, WI
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM-3:00 PM

We’re looking for a Converting Operator who takes pride in precision and efficiency. In this role, you’ll operate converting machines to produce top-quality products while keeping safety and performance at the forefront.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Comfortable with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three years of work history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate converting machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Meet or exceed production standards.
• Perform housekeeping and quality audits.
• Pack and palletize goods for shipment.
• Maintain supplies to reduce downtime.
• Communicate with team members for smooth shift handoffs.
• Record production data accurately.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist coworkers and demonstrate proficiency across all machines.
