We’re looking for experienced Machine Operators who know their way around manufacturing equipment and have a knack for machine setup and changeovers. As a Converting Operator – Tier Four, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production lines running efficiently while ensuring top-quality output. Requirements

Proven machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability.
Basic math and computer skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
5+ years in manufacturing work.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with machine setup/changeovers strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate converting machinery according to production specs and safety standards.
Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor operations to maintain consistent quality and productivity.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance.
Adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
Operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists safely.
Document production output and machine settings accurately.
Perform quality checks per our Quality Management System.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
