As a Converting Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process-setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include:
Requirements
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures
- Basic math and computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating machinery per production specs and safety protocols
- Performing machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitoring operations to maintain consistent quality and output
- Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance
- Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance
- Operating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
- Documenting production data and reporting issues
- Performing quality checks in line with our Quality Management System
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Supporting other tasks as needed
