The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a C Converter Markets Sales Specialist , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Meet and/ or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geography Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities Manages, supports and builds relationships at key converters and OEM customers. Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of selling experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M industrial market center
  • Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships
  • Skills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales

Responsibilities
