About your role: You will deliver conversion and implementation services for loan and deposit core systems, working directly with financial institution clients, implementation teams, product managers, and engineering stakeholders. You will analyze client data and system requirements, plan and execute data migrations and cutovers, and validate results to ensure accurate account servicing and minimal operational disruption during client onboarding and go-live activities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in core system conversions, data migrations, or implementations supporting loan and deposit products for financial institutions.
  • 6+ years of client-facing implementation experience conducting workshops, status reviews, and training with bank or credit union stakeholders.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with data mapping, reconciliation, and conversion testing using SQL (Structured Query Language) and Microsoft Excel.
  • 6+ years working with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall to manage deliverables and timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Premier system or other Fiserv core platforms.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (for example, Python) and ETL (extract, transform, load) or data transformation tools.
  • Familiarity with loan and deposit product configuration, posting rules, and reconciliation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and train client teams on loan and deposit core system modules and conversion tools.
  • Analyze client data and system requirements, create data mapping and reconciliation plans, and validate conversion outputs against acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, conversion schedules, test plans, and cutover activities to meet agreed timelines.
  • Lead client workshops and status meetings to align stakeholders, prioritize issues, and confirm readiness for cutover.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (product, engineering, quality assurance, and operations) to diagnose and resolve technical and data issues.
  • Execute conversion testing, reconciliation, and post-conversion validation; document defects and remediation steps.
  • Create and follow documented procedures and tools for installations and upgrades to improve consistency and reduce implementation risk.
