In this role, you'll have a crucial impact on improving conversion rates across various digital channels, including websites and landing pages. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Design, and Engineering to design and implement A/B tests and personalization efforts. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in A/B testing and personalization frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of web funnel performance.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, Mutiny, VWO, and data visualization tools like GA4.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing and Engineering teams.
  • Strong design sensibility and understanding of B2B customer behavior.
  • Effective communication skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a CRO roadmap built on data and insights.
  • Configure and implement experiments using tools like Adobe Target and VWO.
  • Optimize pages and forms for full-funnel performance.
  • Utilize user research and data to guide test concepts.
  • Assess test feasibility and recommend approaches.
  • Translate UX strategies into test-ready variants.
  • Define and create audiences in collaboration with Marketing Analytics.
  • Launch personalization experiments with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze success metrics for all experiments.
  • Share insights and results with partners.
  • Manage testing timelines and backlog.
  • Ensure implementation and scaling of winning variants across the site.
