About The Position

We’re seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to lead and scale our website experimentation and conversion strategy. You’ll be the architect behind how we turn traffic into trials and trials into active users. Working closely with our performance marketing, design, and product teams, you’ll use data, research, and experimentation to improve the user journey - from click to conversion - across web and mobile touchpoints. If you thrive at the intersection of data, creativity, and storytelling, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact on growth at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or web performance optimization (SaaS or consumer tech preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools (Webflow, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar) and web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Knowledge of UX principles , data visualization , and statistical analysis for A/B testing.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution , with a bias for results and experimentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with paid acquisition funnels and demand generation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CRO strategy for Manychat.com and related web experiences - first with paid landing pages but eventually including core website pages like the homepage, product pages, and mobile app store pages.
  • Design and manage experimentation pipelines (A/B, multivariate, and UX tests) to drive measurable lift in sign-ups, trials, and key funnel metrics.
  • Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to align messaging with landing page experiences, optimizing for post-click performance.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, etc) to identify friction points, drop-offs, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with product and design teams to inform UX and messaging strategy through data-backed insights.
  • Define and maintain CRO best practices across teams, including hypothesis development, test documentation, and reporting.
  • Own Webflow (and future CMS evolution) to implement experiments efficiently without sacrificing design quality.
  • Report regularly on performance , sharing learnings and next steps with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Benefits

  • Annual professional development reimbursement for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balance.
  • In-office perks , including free meals and snacks.
  • Company-funded sport activities , annual offsites and team-building events
