About The Position
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist at Coalition Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online performance of our clients' websites. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage a combination of creativity and analytical skills to identify opportunities for website optimization. This involves developing and executing strategies that transform these insights into actionable optimization and testing plans. You will be expected to have a robust understanding of website content management systems, particularly major eCommerce platforms, and possess the statistical and analytical acumen necessary to interpret data effectively, leading to actionable recommendations for our clients. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive audits of clients' web analytics implementations, ensuring that accurate tracking mechanisms are in place. You will utilize both qualitative and quantitative data sources to formulate and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy tailored to each client's needs. This includes developing hypotheses and implementing A/B or multivariate tests in alignment with the optimization strategy. Collaboration with our internal design and development teams will be essential, as you will recommend changes based on the outcomes of successful tests. Your approach to optimization will be iterative, continuously refining strategies based on test results and data insights. You will also be responsible for creating initial, quarterly, and monthly reports for clients, summarizing test results and ongoing initiatives. Staying abreast of industry trends and new product offerings will be crucial to maintaining a competitive edge. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of the CRO team's processes and strategies, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role.
