The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department by assisting with event setup s , c onversions , general facility maintenance , and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Working knowledge of operations equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
Must be able to work nights , weekends , and holidays as event schedule requires
Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a timely ma nn er
Ability to work as a team and accurately follow instructions
Ability to complete tasks with great attention to detail
Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with a team member
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellen t time management skills and abi lity to priorit ize specific tasks
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively man euver between functions .
Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification not but strongly preferred
Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
Knowledge of and/or previous work experience in sports and entertainment preferred
Knowledge of general safety practices

Responsibilities

Physically assist with event setup s , conversions , and daily operational tasks .
Assist Asst. Manager, Operations, Conversion Crew Leads and Event Managers with relevant event/operation related information
Work with Supervisor on day-to-day task for department
Perform facility operational tasks required to maintain the facility on non-event days
Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.
