About The Position

The Converse Retail Supervisor at Charlotte Premium Outlets is a dynamic role focused on leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. This position emphasizes creativity, individuality, and a passion for the Converse brand, while fostering a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. The supervisor will be responsible for training staff, managing store operations, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals while embodying the brand's values of self-expression and innovation.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
  • Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Leading by example and delivering service in line with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life.
  • Making customers feel welcome, that you care about their wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
  • Demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness while playing by the rules and being professional.
  • Operating a cash register, handling shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, and cleaning.
  • Building visual displays with or without accommodations.
