About The Position

The Converse Retail Supervisor at Charlotte Premium Outlets is a dynamic role focused on leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
