About The Position
Brightway Insurance is seeking an entry level UX Writer/Conversational UX Designer to craft intuitive human-centered content and dialogue across our customer-facing experiences. From AI-powered voice and SMS bots to web chat, email notifications, and customer portal copy, you'll shape how our brand speaks at every touchpoint. You'll work alongside UX designers, marketing, and engineers in cross-functional teams to help shape the voice, design, and content strategy for key omni-channel programs, ensuring consistency and clarity across experiences. This is a hands-on entry-level role for someone who is curious, proactive, loves solving problems with words, and is excited to grow into the field of conversational UX.
