About The Position

The Field Specialist - Fishing Services role at Baker Hughes focuses on ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices while delivering exceptional service at wellsites. This position is integral to maximizing the capacity and value of wells through effective collaboration with on-site operators and customers, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Previous oilfield experience, ideally in the Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of exposure to Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines
• Previous field installation experience
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Coil Tubing experience
• Downhole tool experience
• Frac plug millout experience
• Downhole motor experience
• Cased Hole Fishing experience

Responsibilities

• Ensuring HS&E as the #1 priority
• Delivering flawless execution at the wellsite
• Completing all required documentation and submitting end of well files upon completion of field installations
• Informing office of any changes in the job scope and additional materials that may be required
