Convention Facilities-Seasonal Event Staff
About The Position
Under immediate direction, the part-time event staff performs tasks in preparation for events such as concerts, plays, trade shows and other types of live events. Event staff work in various capacities, depending on department need, such as taking tickets, ushering customers to their seat, manning concessions, performing custodial duties, assisting customers with finding parking and setting up and breaking down equipment before and after events. Responds to customer inquiries and provides information in a tactful and diplomatic manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
