Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. This is a PRN position where the provider will diagnose and treat patients of all ages in a convenient care setting with limited lab and X-ray services available onsite. Candidates must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; the schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group. Convenient Care is open 7 days a week; 7 AM - 8 PM Mon-Fri and 8 AM - 5 PM Sat & Sun. Holiday hours are from 8 AM - 4 PM. Other services available at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, Imaging, Women's Imaging, and Lab Services. The provider will be able to consult with specialists across the organization and will be part of a strong, stable, and innovative health system. Carle Health is a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.
