About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. Opportunity Details PRN position Diagnose and treat patients of all ages in a convenient care setting with limited lab and X-ray services available onsite Candidates must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group Convenient Care is open 7 days a week; 7 AM - 8 PM Mon-Fri and 8 AM - 5 PM Sat & Sun. Holiday hours 8 AM - 4 PM Other services available at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, Imaging, Women's Imaging, and Lab Services Able to consult with specialists across the organization Be part of a strong, stable, and innovative health system Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant licensure
- Candidates must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group
