About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Plus Department in Mattoon, Illinois. Convenient Care Plus is open 7 days a week from 8 am - 8 pm. The typical schedule will be 12 hour shifts/3 days a week; includes a minimum of 3-4 weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) requirement per month and holidays are shared among the group. Flexible scheduling is available, and the provider will be able to consult with specialists across the organization. There are no call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience required; candidates with at least 1 year of ED or Primary Care experience will also be considered.
• Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
• ACLS and PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in an outpatient-only practice setting.
