About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Departments in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. This is a full-time position in an established outpatient-only practice with no panel of primary care patients. Convenient Care operates 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the provider will be required to rotate among three Convenient Care locations (Curtis/Windsor/CC Plus at Main Campus). There is an every other weekend requirement and shared holidays among the group, with flexible scheduling available. Convenient Care is housed in a large primary care center, allowing for consultations with specialists across the organization, and there are no call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience required, or at least 1 year of ED experience.
• Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
• ACLS & PALS certification required.
