This role involves assisting customers with purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required for loading and unloading.
• The role involves physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy products.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependability and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating items.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including shelving and displays.
• Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Prepare and serve hot or packaged food items, if applicable.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, including loss prevention measures.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
