About The Position

SASR Workforce Solutions is seeking dedicated and dependable individuals to join our nationwide team of traveling merchandisers to complete short-term store reset and merchandising project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while exploring new locations. Your responsibilities will include working closely with team members to ensure project deadlines are met, representing SASR with integrity, and maintaining positive interactions with clients and customers. This role requires extensive travel, making it perfect for those who thrive on variety and enjoy dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site (from home or hotel)
  • An ability to take direction and work within a team, either large or small
  • Ability to understand directions given verbally and adapt to changing environments.
  • The ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours at a time on concrete floors
  • An ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
  • Ability to ascend and descend ladder
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and twist as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Retail merchandising/setting/stocking experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and set planograms preferred.
  • Understand and work within SASR’s and the client’s company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • De-merchandise store products following the completion of store inventory.
  • Set up BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotional areas for discontinued merchandise.
  • Safely remove and dispose of outdated shelving in the onsite dumpster.
  • Install and align new shelving units based on Planograms (POGs); ensure shelves are clean, level, and straight.
  • Assist the store team in unloading and stocking vendor deliveries.
  • Merchandise products throughout the store, ensuring all signage and pricing tags are correctly installed.
  • Clean and organize Non-Alcohol and Alcoholic beverages in cold vaults and/or coolers as directed.
  • Support additional merchandising tasks as assigned by the Store Integration Team Lead.
