Responsible for managing the overall daily operations of assigned store and staff. Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling. Ensure that a professional and high standard of customer service is consistently provided. Analyze inventory levels and review products. Receive, analyze and communicate feedback regarding store and merchandise. Manage staff to keep stock levels to par and maintain store merchandising standards. Report any losses or defects of merchandise. Prepare store and conduct monthly inventory according to policy.
