About The Position

Energy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our Store Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Works closely with store employees to ensure the daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy Haffner’s is committed to providing a positive work environment, coupled with excellent training and advancement opportunities. About us: Energy North Inc is one of the largest wholesale distributors of fuel in New England. Alongside our wholesale operations, Energy North Retail manages 72 gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and food service locations. Our renowned Haffner's brand operates gas stations and car washes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. We also distribute heating oil and propane, while providing HVAC services to 45,000 customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Southern Maine. Responsibilities

  • Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
  • Positive role models for their fellow employees.
  • Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
  • Trains new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
  • Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
  • Completes and delegates shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
  • Assists employees in following up on daily shift duties.
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team
