Requirements

Prior experience in retail management, preferably in convenience stores or gas stations.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and ability to perform necessary driving tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform other physical tasks associated with managing a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Managing daily operations to ensure the store meets financial and operational goals.
Leading, training, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Overseeing inventory management, including ordering and merchandising.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Developing and implementing store marketing strategies to enhance sales.
Preparing and analyzing sales reports and financial documents.
Coordinating with upper management to develop policies and procedures.
