About The Position
Convenience Store Assistant Manager (Must be able work 1pm-Close) Are you looking for more responsibility in your day-to-day work life? Our Assistant Managers help keep our stores running smoothly. Come join our team and grow! Full-time position available at our4010 80th St. S. location in Wisconsin Rapids, WI with flexible scheduling. $15.00-18.00/hour based on experience plus benefits. Requirements
- Enthusiastic, friendly and enjoy helping people
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (bags of ice, cases of soda, etc.) and stand for entire shift
- 18 years of age or older to obtain a sellers certification for alcohol/tobacco sales
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of prior management experience preferred
- Prior experience other convenience/retail stores is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist manager in day to day operations
- Create associate schedule and approve timecards
- Support and mentor associates
- Keep a clean and safe work environment
