About The Position

This position assists in the management of a high-volume convenience store and fuel outlet. Assists in the supervision of all employees and works with the CS Manager to delegate tasks, manage personnel, and implement operational goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years customer service, cash handling, and store experience including at least 2 years management experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid state Driver’s License.
  • Must have good mathematical skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager in all aspects of the store’s operation to ensure business initiatives are being met.
  • Enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept. Maintain quality brand image standards.
  • Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.
  • Provides customer service-related assistance, such as assisting customers with selection and/or purchase, and handling exchanges. Resolves customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Motivate, encourage, and challenge all team members of Agua Caliente Fuel ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and train staff. Review staff performance and offer training and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goals
  • Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.
  • Implement Monthly promotions, insure all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time.
  • Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
