About The Position

The Skilled Controls Technician position is a temporary role focused on the integration and testing of control systems in Aurora, CO. The technician will be responsible for critical tasks that ensure the proper functionality of control systems, particularly through control wiring and I/O terminations. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with a focus on advanced control technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in control systems, with a strong emphasis on control wiring and I/O terminations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting control drawings and wiring schematics.
• Familiarity with IPv4 addressing, specifically in changing and updating IP addresses.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform I/O terminations and checkout to ensure proper functionality of control systems.
• Integrate approximately 320 PQMs (Process Quality Monitors), including updating IP addresses.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the integration process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and changes made.
