Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of electricity, electrical theory, PLCs, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to work safely in electrical panels up to 480 volts
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment, power systems, lighting, controls, and PLC logic.
  • Work hands‑on with 24V–600V power, automation controllers, VFDs, sensors, and inspection devices.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems reliable and reduce downtime.
  • Use diagnostic tools like voltage testers, ammeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment.
  • Lead, guide, and train team members; document and communicate shift activities clearly.
  • Support production across packaging, processing, filling, warehousing, and facilities.
  • Respond quickly to equipment issues, troubleshoot I/O systems, and partner with operations to maintain uptime.
  • Participate in electrical upgrades and oversee contractor work.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company standards.
  • Stay current on technology through training and vendor programs.
