A Controls Technician reads and understands electrical and pneumatic schematics, understands electrical wiring methods, panel build, troubleshoots and de-bugs complex electrical and pneumatic functions. Requirements

• High School and Vocational Technical School.
• 3+ years of work experience.

• May require basic programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Reads and analyze electrical and pneumatic prints.
• Understands proper wiring methods.
• Performs panel build and all field wiring.
• Performs basic machine de-bug, such as I/O.
• Tests operations of assemblies.
• Use voltmeters, ammeters, and other diagnostic instruments.
• Has disposition authority on rejects and rework.
• Assists with troubleshooting of equipment.
• Travel and valid driver's license required.
• May require basic programming skills.
