Job Summary: Performs highly skilled non production activities independently supporting manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring Safety : By stopping work and reporting major injury hazards immediately, you'll help maintain a safe working environment. 2. Compliance and Reporting : Adhering to HSE standards and promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety. 3. Environmental Stewardship : Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will contribute to sustainable practices. 4. Quality Improvement : Actively searching for improvement opportunities and implementing workable solutions will enhance quality and reduce costs. 5.
