Requirements

  • Basic technical knowledge and hands-on skills across a wide range of technical equipment, including PLC’s, VFD’s, servos, and HMI’s.
  • Experience with industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus, AS-I, and others).
  • Basic understanding of safety circuits
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings for troubleshooting, and minor system modifications.
  • Ability to correctly use required tools (multi-meter, computer, wire striper, screwdriver, crimper, etc.)
  • Basic experience with AutoCAD or other CAD programs for modifying and printing electric schematics.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with peers, equipment operators, and supervisors.
  • Motivated to complete tasks with supervision and oversight.
  • Work with suppliers and contractors to complete work maintaining safety, GMP requirements, and high standards.
  • Solid capability to use Microsoft Office programs, primarily: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
