Controls Technician - Charlotte, NC - Unique Controls Company POSITION: Controls Technician 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Controls Tech position(HVAC industry preferred). Prefer to have N4 or AX Cert, not a must have. 80% in the field LOCATION: Charlotte, NC RESPONSIBILITIES: Integration and programming of control systems Point to Point Check out/Commissioning Experience programming/troubleshooting sequences Creating/Updated Graphics Service and maintain sites COMPANY INFO: Established 80 years ago About 300 employees Work/Services: Commercial, Industrial, Property Management, High rise/office buildings, hospitals, Commercial HVAC Services Offered: HVAC Maintenance & Repair, Chiller services, design/build installation, Energy Efficiency Management & Energy Solutions, Facility Automation Systems, Water Treatment Services, Boiler Services, Air Filtration.
