Controls Technician I - 1st Shift
About The Position
This position will be responsible for development, testing and implementation of all programming and electrical controls for all Hearthside facilities. This would include all programmable controller platforms, graphical user interface platforms, gateways, AC/DC electrical schematic development and debugging as well as training personnel on these systems both operationally and technically. This position is key to Hearthside as most of the systems in place currently need to be upgraded and there are many missing electrical schematics this position could help to develop for troubleshooting purposes.
Requirements
- Electrical to include VFD(s), Servos, high and low voltage troubleshooting.
- Electrical/PLC-GUI Programming/Controls design/implementation.
- AutoCAD electrical schematic one-line drawing development.
- AutoCAD mechanical drawing development.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Successfully multi-task
