About The Position
The Controls Technician at Heartland Food Products Group will serve as the lead subject matter expert on all manufacturing equipment controls, including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. This role focuses on troubleshooting, designing, and implementing document control solutions for manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal equipment functionality and process improvement. The position requires a hands-on approach, with a significant emphasis on optimizing existing processes and collaborating with various teams to enhance equipment performance.
