About The Position

BAS Controls Tech - Omaha, Nebraska - Controls-Only Company POSITION: Controls Technician LOCATION: Omaha, Nebraska RESPONSIBILITIES: Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users COMPANY INFO: Healthcare, schools, government, schools, municipal, education.
