About The Position

Controls Service Technician - Philadelphia, PA - BAS Controls Contractor POSITION: Controls Service Technician LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA RESPONSIBILITIES: Prior Experience as a Controls Service Technician or similar role Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences Perform and execute planned maintenance and inspections Maintain and repair control systems for existing clients Check for hardware failures and provide software updates as needed Well versed in diagnosing and commissioning controls BAS systems Ability to work in a team environment COMPANY INFO: Established 20 years ago About 150 employees. Requirements
