Controls Service Manager Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Controls Service Manager to oversee our service operations related to building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery while optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ Years Proven experience as a Controls Service Manager or similar role in the HVAC and building automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, and service operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for service improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Technical background in controls engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the controls service department, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of service and installation processes.
• Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
