About The Position

Controls Specialist/Programmer - Northridge, CA - Controls-Only Company POSITION: Controls Specialist/Programmer LOCATION: Northridge, CA RESPONSIBILITIES: Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position Program custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries Responsible for startups and commissioning on BAS Systems Create controls databases from scratch Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements Understanding of graphical programs such as Tridium front ends Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls COMPANY INFO: Clients include cannabis greenhouses, greenhouses, fertigation Mix of New Construction and Retrofit Work/Services: Facility Management Systems, HVAC, Building Automation, Fertigation, Lighting, Data Analytics OFFERED Competitive Compensation Great Team environment Generous Vacation and Holiday time.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position
• Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems

• Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls
