About The Position

The Controls Installer is responsible for installing DDC systems by following contract documents and utilizing proper installation methods. This position requires a commitment to maintaining industry technical knowledge and contributing to team efforts while achieving financial objectives and maintaining project documentation.

• Ability to install DDC systems and components effectively.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for project management.

• Ability to analyze financial reports and initiate corrective actions.
• Willingness to maintain technical knowledge through continuous education.

Responsibilities

• Installs DDC systems and components by prioritizing areas of completion and enforcing proper installation methods.
• Completes commissioning projects by organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling start-up assignments.
• Communicates project information by updating Project Managers and Controls Technicians on construction progress.
• Achieves financial objectives by cooperating with Ops management team in reviewing monthly job labor cost reports.
• Maintains industry technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications.
• Maintains project documentation by updating as-built drawings and collaborating with Project Managers.
• Contributes to team effort by leading by example and assisting in the training of new employees.
• Willingness and ability to travel to meet the needs of high-profile customers.
