Job Scope: As the FSG Smart Buildings Controls Engineering Manager, you will lead, mentor, and grow our existing Controls Engineering team, imparting your technical knowledge and supporting company-wide engineering efforts. You will work in a highly cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with sales, projects, support, development, and engineering teams to plan, support, and execute control integrations. This includes leading the design, development, testing, and integration processes.
