About The Position

We are seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers working in Advanced Manufacturing through a transformative period of growth and innovation. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years engineering and leadership experience in a comparable business.
• Strong background in programming and industrial automation (PLC/CNC/motion control plus experience with C++, C#, JavaScript, React).
• Experience with Agile/scrum, Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, or industrial sensors/devices is highly valued.
• Experience working within an engineering driven and project based organization.
• Strong organizational and communications skills.
• Strong experience in leadership, developing others and leading change management.
• History of producing strong financial and technical results in a team-based environment.
• US Person.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in Advanced Manufacturing.
• Set technical requirements and direction for new and existing solutions alongside Chief Engineers, project management, sales, and estimating teams.
• Drive planning and execution of PAR Systems' mission, vision, and strategy as the company grows.
• Manage the assignment of engineers for optimal personnel utilization to improve execution and internal capabilities.
• Shape a complex engineering organization that meets customer expectations and supports company growth.
